I wrote my state “representative” (R-35) as follows:
Sir,
I encourage you in the strongest possible terms to actively support and vote for HB61. It is past time to act on behalf of your constituents to protect their natural right to self-defense without infringement or restriction.

Diversity?
How can a government anchored in Raleigh and predominantly composed of lawyers and other “professionals” successfully and equally represent the interests of the coastal fisherman, the Appalachian artisan, the Lumbee tradesman, the city businessman, the housewife, the student, the farmer, or the dependent child?
And Nothing Else Matters
They have been known to say, “Family matters!”, although only in quite specific contexts.
Nowadays, it seems, they should say, “
