My point is that the Federal government (and its influencers) wouldn’t just let the South go, despite conceding its lawful right to do so.

What if … ?[pt.2]
If we accept even the possibility of the 2020 election being rigged, what about the 2008 election? What if this one was the first of a three-part installment involving BHO, his then-VP, and “Big Mike” … in essence creating the first six-term pResidency, all driven by the OG, a disciple of Alinsky?
Then, how about the 2000 election? The son of “NWO George” is placed in a position to install the Patriot Act as a result of the put-up 9/11 attack, which was already in the planning stages?
And the 1972 election? Can you imagine a more pitiful performance than that of George McGovern? Was it a put-up to teach the Age of Aquarius generation a lesson?
Then we have the 1960 election, which was well-documented at the time as being influenced by Joe Kennedy and friends. And consider what happened to both John and Robert Kennedy, perhaps as a result of their failing to play ball with the puppet masters who installed them? Which also serves to explain the attitudes of LBJ and McNamara.
I realize I’ve lost most of my audience to the mists of history by now but allow me to resurrect FDR and the heretofore unthinkable four term pResidency. Not only was the man the best friend Communists ever had, but he did more per annum damage to both domestic and foreign policy than perhaps anyone other than Lincoln and Wilson.
In short, we have been living in political Cloud Cuckoo Land for a very long time, if not since the founding of the constitutional republic. I have postulated elsewhere that the republic took a dive in 1794, and that we were far better off with the Articles of Confederation. It was the political controllers who were unhappy with that status quo.
So, maybe the mid-term faceplant was not only predestined, but should have been no surprise to anyone. Politically speaking, the fix is in. And we are faced with some hard choices, perhaps in the very, very near term.
