The Pathology Less Followed

I am keenly interested to see in full detail how the Insane Clown Polity reacts to / acts on the Mueller report. I think this bears close scrutiny as a bellwether of things to come in this country.

The President’s initial comment:

A. G. Barr’s letter (it’s short — rather than excerpt it, I have linked it : edit — no longer linked “403 Forbidden” — kind of telling, maybe) regarding the Special Counsel’s report is sufficiently (more than just the usual legalese) mealy-mouthed to lead one to believe that Barr’s viewpoint extends beyond caution to near-disappointment.

(((Rep. Nadler))) [sic] blasted a handful of tweets, culminating in this:

WaPo was fairly restrained (weather-vaning?):

Although Trump and his allies said he had been been [sic] exonerated by the two-year investigation, Democrats pushed for full disclosure of the report and what led to conclusions in the four-page summary Attorney General William P. Barr released Sunday.

CNN helpfully headlines “Here’s what you need to know about the Mueller report summary”:

I commented on Frances’ excellent article “Retrenchment or Revengement” at Liberty’s Torch:

IMO: any “apology” will be crocodile tears; any ‘revengement’ will be scapegoating; any ‘retrenchment’ will be “On, on, on to the next one”.

Whatever action/reaction in which the controllers partake will be false, misleading, classist, and vicious in the extreme. They are too far down the path of laying waste to behave any differently until the denouement.

We shall see. I am not confident.
