Ding dong …

Wot, too soon?! Not soon enough in my book.

Here’s a list of her illustrious “legislative accomplishments”. Try to suppress your gag reflex:

  • global warming
  • fuel economy standards
  • legal protection to forests
  • violence against women act
  • 1994 assault weapons ban
  • legislation banning/limiting sales of firearms
  • LGBTQ+ rights and the legalization of same-sex marriage
  • helped shape “policy on criminal law, national security, immigration, civil rights and the courts,” according to her Senate office biography

Oh, and by the way, she was every bit the war pig as was her counterpart Crash McCain.

Please note that everything the hag worked for served to expand the role of government in controlling the lives of this nation’s citizens.

The despicable Chuckie Schumer and the quisling Thom Thillis were among the first to cry crocodile tears over her. And I’m sure Governor Hairspray will exceed himself in appointing a successor as soon as possible, given that the present situation could produce a 49-49 split in the Senate if Bullion Bob Menendez gets the boot. (Look for a black Chinese LGBTQIA+ illegal alien as the most likely candidate — you heard it here first.)

Adios, Feinswine. You’ve put your finger in your last bullet hole.

Numbers of the Beast

To date, the USSA has sent about $76 billion to Ukraine to fund the Russia-Ukraine War. Total funding requested is about $135 billion. (Source: Center for Strategic and International Studies)

While funding for the Lahaina victims is hard to pin down exactly, the Biden administration has pledged $95 million to help Maui recover.

As for the late lamented East Palestine (remember them?), EPA is leading the cleanup and Norfolk Southern has a roughly $8 million commitment to the area.

But East Palestine is well down the memory hole, and every effort appears to be being made to disappear Lahaina, with additional incentives to do so, given the valuable land grab property available there. Meanwhile, the Ukraine narrative still has a strong beat to it, and it appears it will for some time to come.

Something is wrong with a system that distributes its assets in such a maner. If nothing else convinces you that our government is corrupt beyond redemption, surely this disparity alone should do so.

Not only are we not taking care of our own, but our floodgate immigration policies appear designed to make “our own” a completely different demographic. And speaking of funding, estimates of the existing burden caused by illegals range as high as $180 billion a year for those currently in the US, though precise numbers are even more difficult to come by in this particular arena.

The long and the short of it is that we are experiencing a fundamental restructuring of our nation’s population which, coupled with a faltering economy, must almost surely lead to the death of our constitutional republic if we do not become far more actively involved in restoration of our core values. It is up to each of us individually to determine the fate of our nation. And soon.

The Bedraggled Sparrow

This morning I entered the kitchen to hear a beautiful song from a bird. It sounded very close, and seemed, I imagined, full of joy.

As I opened the blinds and looked out, I saw the shabbiest sparrow I have ever seen. His feathers were sticking out all over and he looked as if he had just come through a windstorm.

But there he sat, perched on the back of a lawn chair, facing my kitchen window, singing his heart out for me, and for all creation to hear, without, I imagined, a care in the world.

It seemed to me to be a message from the universe; at least I took it as such. So today, despite my own disarray, I shall attempt to sing joyfully.

May your day be blessed also!

Want to fly a flag?

I suppose that I’d prefer that you fly a flag that represents who you are — one with which you actually identify. But if you are having trouble with that, let me suggest something.

Instead of flying the state flag of a distant corrupt criminal government whose innocent people are being slaughtered in the name of globalism, how about this?

Fly the flag of fellow citizens of one of the alleged united states, who need our support far more.

Yes, it’s upside down. That’s the commonly accepted sign of distress.

Or, perhaps better yet, one that (allegedly) represents the indigenous people of that state who are currently being manipulated by members of the same set of globalist oligarchs referred to above?

We must focus closer to home in all things if we are to survive as a free people.
